Brooklyn VLP Seeks Area Law Student To Coordinate Elder Law Program

The Brooklyn Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project is currently looking for a 1L or 2L to be its National Grid Foundation Senior LEAP Coordinator. This paid position is extremely flexible, and most of the work can be done remotely. The Coordinator is in charge of scheduling presentations with volunteer attorneys at senior centers across Brooklyn. Presentations deal with advance medical directives including health care proxies, living wills, and powers of attorney. An interest in elder law is preferred, but not required.
